The Cenotes Discovery tour takes you on an intimate journey through three types of cenotes: open, semi-open, and cave cenotes. You’ll swim in crystal-clear waters, explore ancient rock formations, and discover the hidden beauty of underground cenotes. The tour ends with a delicious local meal at one of Tulum’s top spots. Cancellation Policy

IMPORTANT: Booking a service confirms your acceptance of the changes and cancellation policies detailed in this document. Rescheduling • Notification 24 hours or more before pickup. / 0% extra charge The client can request a change of date or time without extra charge. Changes subject to availability. • Notification Less than 24 hours before pickup. / 35% extra charge ​Rescheduling a tour less than 24 hrs before the designated pickup time, will generate an extra charge of 50% of the total tour price. Rescheduling and changes are subject to availability. Cancellation • Notification 48 hours or more before pickup. / 0% penalty Clients may cancel the tour without any penalty. Applies a full refund of the deposit. • Less than 48 hours before pickup / 50% penalty Cancel a tour less than 24 hours before the designated pickup time, applies a 100% cancellation fee. • No Show / 100% penalty If the client does not show after 45 minutes of tolerance, applies no show. ​ Additional Conditions 1. In the event that local or federal authorities give notice to cancel activities due to weather issues, the requested service can be rescheduled without any charge or canceled with a full refund (100%). If the day is cloudy or with some rain, it is not a reason to cancel the tour and the policies will apply accordingly. 2. Cancellations or reschedules due to health reasons (including COVID-19), will not incur any penalty, as long as the client provides a local medical certificate. Otherwise, the policies will apply accordingly. 3. Cancellations or rescheduling due to flight issues, as long as it’s supported with evidence, will cause no penalization at all. Otherwise, the policies will apply accordingly. 4. Other situations will be handled case-by-case by the administration. If you have a question, please feel free to contact us.
